A small follow-up to 0.16.0, found while checking the release on the live site.
Module tabs on older courses unlock again. A course built a while ago could show some modules as still generating, forever, even though their content was fine - the status check was stricter than the content itself. Both now agree: if a module can be served, its tab opens. Courses being rebuilt still show their real progress.
