Smoother course sessions on phones

• Configure session now has a gear icon and its own button, so it no longer looks like one more answer setting.
• Start session and Cancel stay in view at the bottom of the setup panel. On a phone you no longer scroll four screens to reach them.
• Punctuation stays with its word. A full stop at the end of an annotated sentence no longer wraps onto a line of its own.
• The course list fits a phone. It shows Story and Chapters there. Languages and levels are on each story's page.
• A course that was never built opens on its start page directly, without a brief flash of the empty session.
• App versions in the story filter are listed newest first again. 0.20 no longer sorts below 0.9.
