Ten crossovers live, three stories continue into them, fresh print samples

A content release with two small seeding fixes behind it.
Ten crossings, readable from both sides. Each crossover is listed on both of its source stories and on the crossover page.
Three continuations. The Alpine Telegraph, The Desert Bus to Yesterday and The Motel Room That Checked In Twice each carry a chapter that continues from their crossover.
Print samples rebuilt. The picture book's two samples and the three comic samples were exported again from the final code, so what you download is what the printer gets.
Seeding fixes. An additive story revision now carries its own provenance instead of inheriting its predecessor's, and a crossover bundle keeps the chapter choices every generated crossover has.
