Vocabulary tests deal cards in random order, hints work mid-answer, print samples fixed

Six things the owner's own test round on 0.19.0 turned up, fixed the same day.
Cards come in a random order. A test used to deal the same sequence every time, so you could learn the order instead of the words. Each test is shuffled now; a reload still resumes the same deal.
A hint after a first try. Answering the group word ("Obst" on a pear) keeps the card open for a second try, and pressing Hint there used to end the whole test with an error. The hint now arrives and the test goes on.
Topics re-sorted. The word-to-topic matching had filed "klopfen" and about two hundred other German words under "Food and drink" (and "Garten" under "Fruits"). Matching is on whole words now and the affected cards moved to the topic their meaning names.
"Saft" says what it is. Its hint now rules out lemonade: pressed straight from fruit or vegetables, no fizz, no added sugar.
Print samples. The Screen comic sample is built on a portrait sheet again (its pages were cut in half on a landscape one), every comic page keeps its exact proportions, and the picture-book samples use perfect binding so the two blank pages before the closing note are gone.
Order form examples. The Full and Screen comic example links resolve on their own again instead of needing a pinned special.
