This patch fixes how story and chapter views are counted and displayed.
Creators and guests count. Opening your own story adds a view. Readers can contribute views without signing in.
Chapter links count toward the story. A story gets one view per reading visit, even when you start at a later chapter. A new visit begins after 30 minutes without opening that story or one of its chapters.
Quick repeat reads count once. Each chapter counts once per reader within 30 minutes of its last counted read. Refreshing the page keeps that count stable.
Counts appear as you read. Story counters are visible in the normal reading layout, including crossovers. The current chapter has its own counter even when voting controls are hidden. Short stories keep one story counter.
