Glosses on simplified readings and a new model to pick

A round of fixes from tester reports.
Simplified reading levels have glosses. Tap a word in a rewritten level to see its meaning and save it, the same as in the original reading.
Same-language courses no longer show Show original. An English course on an English story had nothing to compare, so the button is gone.
The username field has a Random button. It fills in a name for you to look over before you save. The field also stopped showing an email address as its placeholder.
Gemini 4 Argon is in the model picker. It costs 13.9 times the base credit rate per chapter, so pick it for chapters you care about.
Long-form chapters continue where the last one ended. A new chapter picks up from the previous ending and stops repeating the opening it just used.
Hänsel und Gretel is hidden for now. The old German spelling of the 1857 text confused readers. It comes back once it has a modern edition.
Guests can read five chapters before registering. The wall now appears on the sixth chapter, counted across all stories.
The home page shelves change every few minutes. Guests see a new mix of featured stories and short reads, with well-read stories still showing up more often.
