This patch lets the Designer size the floating story image.
Your width wins. The floating story image used to shrink itself to the gap beside the reading column, which overrode any wider width set in the Designer. It now uses the width you choose.
Wide pictures may overlap the text. A large landscape image can reach into the reading column on smaller screens. Narrow it or move the image box in the Designer if it covers the chapter.
