Our liability for the use of this platform is governed exclusively by the liability clause in section 14 of our Terms of Service. Under that clause we are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for damages arising from injury to life, body or health, and under the German Product Liability Act; in cases of simple negligence we are liable only for the breach of essential contractual obligations (as defined there), limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. The limitations also apply in favour of our legal representatives and vicarious agents.
